September 26-28, 2008: Pet Appreciation Weekend sponsored by CASAS, will take place in Provincetown.
Celebrate your pets with a weekend of fun events: 
- Friday September 26, there will be an opening reception at Fanizzi’s, 6 - 8pm.
- Saturday, September 27:
- the Canine Games will be at the VFW grounds from 11am - 2pm. The Canine Games include Agility Playground and voting for Fabulous Feline Photo Contest.
- From 4 - 6 pm, there will be a Pet Tea Dance at the Boatslip, featuring prizes for pets in costume.
- Rock & Roll Dance Party with the Grab Brothers Band at Vixen, 9:30pm - ?
- Sunday, September 28:
- Pet Parade Registration begins at 1 pm at St. Mary of the Harbor - $30 minimum pledge. Blessing of the Animals at St. Mary of the Harbor - 1:45pm,
- Pet Parade Walk (Shelter Fundraiser) 2:00pm. Click here for Sign-up form
- Pet Parade Finale at the Pied Bar - 2:45ish with raffle drawing and amazing prizes for Top Walkers.
