Spay/Neuter Information:

CASAS provides subsidized spay/neuter certificates to all Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet residents. Call Eastham Veterinary Hospital (508-255-0149) and make an appointment. Call CASAS and request a certificate that is dated with the actual date of the operation. You will pay CASAS; Eastham Veterinary Hospital will bill us for the full amount of the procedure. This procedure does not include any vaccinations required (such as rabies) or recommended by your veterinarian.

Stray animals should be referred to your local animal control officer:
